I want to say a huge thank you to Matt and his team, for being always there for us in this trying times. Your company has shown what a great organisation and great leadership is about.
I sent a PM to Matt and got a response within 5 mins and he explained everything to me and guided me through to make an informed decision.
And from reading the threads i don't know how you do it and amazingly you always ensure that your customers and members of futures.io (formerly BMT) get the best support with your products and services so I thank you so much about it.
I hope that you will continue to serve your customers with great appreciation and enthusiasm.
Great customer care are hard to find and your company has risen above expectation and delivered excellently.
Do get some sleep as seems like you have been working around the clock.
@mattz seems to have a pretty cool shop. They also seem to be tech hounds,
like most of us. They actually appear to enjoy digging into the software they support.
I recieved help from Matt at Optimus a couple of times and I am not even a customer there !
Being a customer at Vision already, he was not interested in me moving my account to optimus, nor would he. He assisted me with no outside motive to move there.
I was impressed.
I have an account at Vision and AMP.
I have noticed many times that they are very professional and dedicated at Optimus.
I remember a while back I had a technical issue that I couldn't figure out, and Matt and one of his associates conference called me. The problem turned out to be on my end with my modem and router..but they spent a large amount of time making sure I was up and running. They really went above and beyond what any broker I have used in the past would do.
Also, as I have stated on this thread before, the executions and fills I get have been excellent at all times.
There is NOTHING more rewarding for me and my staff than seeing this. Thank you all for your kind words and positive feedback. I would much rather earn your goodwill by dedicating my time and resources to helping you over paying for glossy ads . I will make a statement on this thread at the end of the month addressing things that are important for traders. Again, I appreciate EVERY SINGLE one of you and I hope to maintain such good rapport for the years to come.

Just ended a conversation over the phone. Matt called me and introduced me to Optimus.
It's nice to hear from the president of the trading firm you're doing business with and I really appreciate that he spent the time and shared with me some tidbits he thought would be valuable. He also let me know that if I needed anything new or different in terms of service (platform or datafeed), that he'd be able to give me a hand or refer me to one of his staff.
I'm in the province of Quebec, Canada and they do open accounts for residents.
From what I've noticed so far is that the customer care team may be small, but it's also the same people, which means employee turnover is low, so that's a good thing in a company.
Good work Matt and may the coming year bring you much satisfaction and excitement.
I completely subscribe to that, Jessica is great and she's doing a fantastic job.
IMHO, her 'back office' work should be appreciated here as well.
