I kinda figured that would be the feedback...thanks for confirming.
Unreal that the response was so '''oh well nothing I can do about the extra fees"...I had heard a lot of good things about them...but changing the rt quote by 2 bucks...not cool.
Anyone have any issues positive or neg. with AMP Trading? I have been paper trading for two years with Ninja Trader and SIM acct through AMP and looking to open my first live acct.
I have been at AMP for quite a while, and I don't have anything negative to say about them. Colin and Thien have always provided me with excellent service, regardless of the amount of money in my account, or the amount of commissions I generated.
IMO, you should also consider opening your account at Optimus Trading; I am looking into doing the same. The owner Matt, is a member of this forum, and is a great guy. He will provide you with an equal, if not a better level of service, and might give you a better deal on commissions.
I have been with them for a while. Positives: They clear themselves now instead of Dorman / RCG, are very familiar with Ninja and that they are in Chicago ( which is just for me a positive )
Don't have anything negative to say about them.
They are a broker. Rates are rates and you can get Zen or run TT since they have both.
