I tried something similar in the past. It worked but it was very difficult at first to get into a habit of getting used to sleeping at the specific intervals.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I have a similar issue, of not being able to go to bed early and wake up early, as I think I'm naturally a night person, and have stayed up late most of my life. Even while trying to go to bed early, sometimes I'm wide awake and do my best work late. It's tough to change this habit for some, believe it or not, it's one of major factors holding me back, as if I don't wake up early/follow my routine, I don't trade well.
if trading more works for you, then stay up, or take breaks every 20mins or so, or when market is slow, meditate for 40mins....go workout, go watch something funny and get your mind off markets totally....
if you're doing a 12hr plus trading day, i'm assuming you don't want to miss a move...and i don't know what you mean by you need money everyday so you daytrade....
either way, I'd suggest you trade less and trade more contracts.......
with all the time you spend in front of the computer, just think of if you only traded 6hrs and made 3 or 4 times as much money, but could go out and have a life
