- Finalize the list of questions
- Trying to keep majority of the 20 questions very similar/identical for each interview, as I think it is important to see how different traders answer the same question
- Will personalize a few of the questions for each interview
- Once questions are finalized I will setup a few interviews, trying to get a few done prior to my vacation end of September
There is no preference or order on the current list or the order in which the interviews will be posted, other than convenience and scheduling.
NOW is the time for you guys to share your input and offer suggested questions. Like I said, I want to keep most questions uniform across interviews, so that means we will all benefit from having the best questions we can come up with from day 1.
So I am asking for your input to help make that happen.
How the traders at this level deal with periods (possibly long perids) of not being profitable? How do you mentally snap out of it?
I am personally dealing with this and the more time that goes by the more skittish I get on pulling the trigger on my setups. I am a very positive person most of the time and I can't just seem to snap out of it. So I would like to know how more seasoned traders do it.
Thanks Big Mike. I hope this question is relevant to what you were wanting.
