Well when i say i think he's wrong really has to do with his opinion on futures traders, not that he is wrong about position trading. Clearly he makes money for his clients, and the proof is in the pudding
And I can accept that most futures traders loose money, for a whole host of reasons.. But plain and simple there are good traders out here and they make money. Sure its hard to learn how to be a good trader, but it can be achieved and futures trading shouldn't be dismissed completely as unworkable.
When I hear someone say "don't be a day trader, you'll fail", I imagine that same person telling a 5 year old "don't try to ride that bike, you'll fall and get hurt", well, I did fall, it did hurt, and i got back up and tried harder. To me, trading is the same, you sometimes loose at first, but if you keep pushing to learn how to be good, you can eventually learn to trade as easily as riding a bike :-)
