I am pretty computer savvy and it took me 6 months to find and explore the chat, forums outside of the journals, and the arcade.
Just didn't think about it until one day I stumbled upon them.

My guess is that a lot of those "zombie" signs can just be attributed to mistakes. From times hanging around in chat rooms I recall that people posted things by mistake over and over again, simply because they chose the wrong window etc. It was not even uncommon to see login names or passwords every once in a while.

This actually happens, just with retail traders you don't hear about it in the news. But you can read about professional fat fingers every once in while.

I agree. The humor however is that apparently all these guys type their username. Which is a bit odd.
