I also used build 4.5 so it will be compatible with NT8.
still the same error

Not sure if it helps, but I started this thread years ago on installing an older version of Accord.NET:

Setting up Accord.NET on NinjaTrader
I have recently go Accord.NET (an Aforge wrapper/add-on) working on NinjaTrader.

To get Accord functioning properly, you will need the ACCORD.NET (3.5 Ver) libraries as well as AForge libraries.
