I just located the v1 version from the suggested thread. Unfortunately, I am unable to compile it successfully. Maybe it's a NT7 version even I manually moved the cs file to the Indicator folder.
I am going to send the original version to you via Private Message.

In NT 6.5, I used your original JeffsUniversalMovingAverage.cs and changed my DMPlus_v3a to DMPlus_v3 to match what you had in your strategy code. I was able to compile the indicator but when I tried to compile your strategy, all the errors that appeared are from the Jeffs indicator code lines. I have no idea what to do next. By the way, I had originally set up the newer Jeffs....._v1 and DMPlus_v3a on my chart in NT 6.5 and both indicators worked fine. Are you using an older version of NT 6.5? That's the only other thing I can think of that might be different. I have installed the latest version 6.5.1000.16.
If anyone else has been able to test your strategy, I'd be interested to hear how they got it to compile. I'm afraid I just don't know enough about NT to do it properly.
Could you please post the "Jeff's Universal Moving Avg indicator or point me to the right direction, where to find it...I have gone through the entire Elite download section twice and still can not find it. I also looked in the regular download section...but no sign of it. Appreciate if you could help.
Here's a couple back ground or region coloring indicators that work in NT7 . Perhaps looking
at them will help you out . good luck . ....
First I thought it's an Elite indicator and now I realize it's not. Then I can post it here (in cs format) and hopefully you can compile the strategy successfully.
Let's try to confirm if JeffsUniversalMovingAverage is the only indicator that has caused the coding issues. Please add // (2 slashes) before the code lines (per enclosed) to de-activate these entry requirements. You will need to adjust the DMPlus_v3a from your end. F5 to compile.
We're doing trouble-shooting while waiting for one to confirm he/she succeeded in compiling the strategy.
I went through the error log again. Do you think you have the most updated d9.NinjaScript.Utility.cs indicator? Mine dated Jan 31, 2010 (per enclosed). If not, update yours with the enclosed and try to compile the strategy again. In the meantime, I will email your error log to NJ Customer Service.
I exported the strategy in zip format and just tested it out using my laptop. It did compile successfully and I can sim-trade it on the laptop. I just sent you a private message with the strategy (zip). Hopefully you will be able to compile it.
Note: I am unable to enclose the strategy in zip here because it consists of Elite indicators.
Just received a response from NJ Customer Service. One must have the subject to run the strategy. Strange that I cannot locate it from the Indicator folder though I can market replay and sim trade the strategy on both my trading computer and laptop .. sigh ..
As mentioned in my earlier post, I imported the strategy (zip) to the laptop this morning. Enclosed captured a few sim trades that it did so far.
Will be great if one of you confirms successful compilation and not just me. Thank you.
