So just to be sure what you are doing are you following these steps?


Open New Intraday chart > make sure its the active chart > Select Analysis > Select Zig-Zag Help+ > if prompted to remove existing studies select Yes

That should work. if not please show me another screen shot.

I open new/intraday chart, it's 20 minutes delayed because I am on trial. It opens with just a price chart but under Analysis it shows the study Zig-Zag Help2+ with a check. But when I open chart study it doesn't show it.

Strange. Maybe that file is corrupt or you saved over it empty settings. Try my attached copy.

That did it, thanks! Wonder what happened to mine? I DL it and deleted it 2 or 3 different times. I noticed your copy only has 2 studies where the one I dl had 4 studies. Doesn't matter, it works, thanks again!
