I agree. He's (sometimes) nuts, but that doesn't prevent him from doing good things. It is admirable, and sometimes he leaves you just shaking your head, too. On balance, he's a positive source.

I am one of those lunatic TSLA bears that's been tradiing the JAN 2021 catastrophe puts.
The 5, 10, 20 and 50 strikes.
Depending on the day the spreads are fairly tight and the open interest is very high.
The 20s went from 8 cents in Feb to 3 bucks and now back to a 95 cents. If this
sucker rally continues they should get cheaper.
A very cheap way to get some skin in the game if you are bearish on TSLA.

He might have a Brilliant mind but I think he's a compulsive liar & manipulator who thinks he's better than others and that rules and laws don't apply to him. What he said about that Diver in Thailand was horrible. He could have been the better man and backed down but instead he continued to harass the individual and took it all the way through the court system. We know factually that he's violated several SEC rules (Going Private, no Twitter use etc) and can speculate that he's violated several more severe rules but he gets a free pass. We don't allow bank robbers 'free passes' because they are brilliant or occasionally do something good, so I don''t know why we do with Elon. All part of the star system I guess.
