No I dont seperate them as such. Usually I will get 1 trade in the Euro session as long as the Asian did not have a vertical move, if it does I wait until 7:30 to trade
That's interesting, I have the same feeling. On December/January I remember taking easy trades for 20 to 40 pips trades on 6E from the London open (I mean, would have been good entries for swings )... But now seems that these moves are happening on Asia.
Hi all - one thing to keep in mind at rollover is that there is still a lot (albeit less) volume in the June Contract. The June contract is trading about 50 ticks higher than the September contract. The whole numbers on BOTH contracts can have significance at the rollover. Case in point - at about 9 and 9:10 am today the September contract bounced and at these levels the June contract was bouncing off 4400 exactly. Something to keep in mind during the days around rollover. Note that this can work both ways...
