Thanks for futures.io (formerly BMT) members kbit and indextrader7. Following a thread they participate in helped me. I'm trying to stay in trades longer and still scalp mostly.
Goals for today; trade my rules and be aware of bias . (I'm thinking big market correction as many do.) Sure enough, the good trade was a long.
I followed my rules and did well. I "closed my trading day" at 8:43 Central. Later I took some "practice trades." I confirm now it is better to study historicals or do replays.
Goals for today: 1. no pre-market, 2. Follow rules or else I'll have inconsistent results I won't be able to evaluate and I'll likely fail to adjust accordingly, and I therefore won't succeed as a futures trader. My rules are MacFibbar and S/R lines.
