I feel that they are not really understanding the problem ....

I have posted previously it seems a question must be asked 3 times to get an answer.

I find if I post it on their forum a better answer is likely - either from NinjaTrader_JohnDoe or one of the NT users.

All the stuff is posted on the forum and was answered, but it seems that they cannot easily fix it.
