Deal size is 320MM shares.
Word is only 10% of the deal is going Retail or about 32MM shares. So some is available to keep the Retail from rioting in the streets they did not get any!
Expect tiny allocations from your broker.
So....with so much of it going into strong hands(institutional), the chance of anyone(read Retail) beating the Sh*t out of the symbol is .... nil.
The price increase to $66 to $68 is now official and found inside here. Word also is that the 'share size' will not be increased. AMENDMENT NO.7 TO FORM F-1
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I put in a market order right after the open for a tiny speculative position (10 shares), I waited about 15 seconds and it still wasn't filled and the price kept rising, so I cancelled it. Placed a limit order at 90.00, we'll see if I get filled. I was 0.01 from getting filled on the day of the Facebook IPO so we'll see how I fare today.
Yep, filled at 90.00. Exit plan: double or nothing, 180.00 or 0.00. Probably would never let it go to 0.00 anyways if fundamentally signs were clear it was headed there.
