I would parlay your current turn around into a journal and increasing an understanding of how you are trading. Journals can be extremely helpful in identifying patterns or problems in your trading. That you can then work on correcting.
I would agree. A public journal on futures.io (formerly BMT) gets your trading out of your personal space (and your head), and puts it out in an objective reality where you can look at it, understand it, receive feedback from others, and act on what you see and understand.
It can be difficult, but it can be a good thing for you. Find a format that works for you, and give it a try.
