I have an email conversation with them. So it´s written what it´s said.
They´ve said, i had been too late with my complaint.
Next month they´ll charge only 5$.
We´ll see....

Yesterday (sunday) i´ve got a common email about questions concerning the new fees. Probably everyone got it.
For sure i´ve taken the chance and this morning i´ve got already the answer, that they will charge only 5$ from now on and give back the 20 $ - this is the service i was waiting for.
So everything ok now.
