An old pit buddy of mine who's now an executive at TT recommends listening to an audiobook while you trade. I've never tried it but it sounds reasonable.

If you enter at the close of a bar in your trading method, then get an indicator that alerts you just prior to a bar closing. That means you can do something else while bars are in progress. With my strategy, I only need about 15 seconds before every bar close to determine if I am going to take a trade, and with most methods most of the time you generally know when you will not get a setup for several bars to come. If you are trading 15 or 30 minute bars, you have plenty of time to cruise the internet
