Too many.

To high side upwards of 250-300. On the low side around 30-50 trading NQ and ES.

I do have one trade per day journals. Means that I take ONE trade. There is an exception on ECB days - when I stop the first trade before results and may take another one trade to proceed after - according to the rules.

The real easy part is to not being clued to the screen while the trade develops. Just letting my rules do the task.

My trading considerably improved when I reduced my trade to only index and 2 trades per day, one in each half of before and after lunch.

Just my personal experience and what I'm comfortable with.
