I put it on and then went out.

I traded in and out on the 4th contract +1.75
and then close out the 3 contracts at a loss of -1 = -3 for the three
----------- Thursday 9 Feb 2017 ------------
Working from Starbucks
Day expected to be up - no cash trading
Dir 1
Mid Chg 8 Range est 12.25
FPest 2292.50 to 2295.25
8:28 AM 2/9/2017
HE est
2304.75 to 2299.50
I think they will push it towards the high stops(temp1.png)
Trade 1 -
bought 3 at market at open filled at 2294.50
Order to sell 1 to reduce risk placed (and filled at 2296.50 while I didn't have access to my charts NT takes about 20min to load my main workspace on my old laptop which is at capacity - spreadsheets running, IB, NT and browser - which I need to turn of Javascript to get a reasonable page load).
Two left 9:25 AM 2/9/2017
One left 9:36 AM 2/9/2017 filled at T1=2301.25 Runner for 2304.75
(trade 1.png)
In the lost post I posted NR, cabbage and crook's day.
with an est rng of 9.75 it could be a sleeper.
Trade 2
Order to sell 3 at 2311.25 but may lower it to get a fill.
If they stay too long in this high narrow rng they can build stops above 2311.50 @ 09:41
but I'm going with they are building stops below the current low 2308.50.
In any case trading isn't advised today so after playing with the cabbage - just to see if I can do it - I'll close up and take the dog outside.
(BTW working a little something new that would say a top at 02/10 12:27 PM
just for fun!)
Trade 1 was 2308 to 2309.50 +1.50pts with one contract
Thoughts on the week:
I need to be less conservative on a day like Thursday, 9 Feb, - where I held a hand of 4 Aces (as far as confidence in a blow-out day) and conservatively scaled out. All-in and all out would have been better.
I'm aiming for a better week next week!
Week1
Day 4 - 6 Feb - 4 trades 1 loser, 3 winners = +0.50 pts ======= +25.00 ==========$25,221.50 +0.125pts/trade
Day 5 - 7 Feb - 3 trades 0 losers, 3 winners = +2.00 pts ==== +$100.00 ==========$25,321.50 +0.33 pts/trade
Day 6 - 8 Feb - 2 trades 1 loser, 1 winner = 17.25 pts ====== +$862.50 ==========$26,184.00 +8.625 pts/trade
Day 7 - 9 Feb - 1 trade 0 losers, 1 winner = +19.50 pts ===== +$950.00 ==========$27,134.00 +19.50 pts/trade
Day 8 - 10 Feb - 2 trades 0 losers, 2 winners = +2.00 pts ==== +$100.00 ==========$27,234.00 +1.0 pts/trade
(correcting Week 1 to NT is +$1987.50 vs 2037.50 so I'm reducing cumulative total by the $50 to match NT so it is $27,184.00)
Start Wk1 ==$25,196.50
End Wk 1 ===$27,184.00 Week1 P/L +$1,987.50
If people have questions I will try and answer them as best I can. (If you have a question you don't want to ask in public PM is fine.) If you notice something, like "Why did you enter there when xxx would have been better?" or "Did you notice xyz on the chart?" Suggestions for improvements are welcome.
