21 1/2 million people live here - many +65 yr olds. As the joke goes, old people ... and their parents. It's been real, really real. 850k deaths and counting nationwide real.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Hi, not sure what we disagree with? Fear might be the only thing that has been a topic.
I understand that others can be afraid. I do not judge them for it. Fear is a normal emotion of life for all people.
Covid???
There are hundreds of debatable aspects that can be debated, unlike the major news networks, hospitals and other platforms like youtube and twitter who ban any conversation that does not promote their narrative. The most obvious, is that the anti-vax crowd has no financial perverse incentive. Where as Blackrock and Vanguard do. Just follow the money.
If people are dying in hospitals from Covid, would you stake your life on the fact that they are dying only because they contracted covid? Even Italy has recently announced that they were not truthful in their reporting. They added those that died with covid list to the died because of covid list. Then the direct covid deaths dropped about 80 percent.
If you are afraid, then I am sorry.
If you want to wear a mask and take the non-immunizing injections, be my guest if you are so inclined.
All that I did say, is that here, the majority of people are not bothered.
If a person is a futures trader, he undoubtedly considers probabilities.
On average, according to CDC etc., the death rate in the US has been 1 in 500 as per reported covid deaths.
So the average chance of me dying from Covid (which now is gone) is 1 in 500.
In trading terms, would I take a trade if there was only a 1 in 500 chance of losing? YES! I would like those odds. So when I go out into public, I remember those odds.
Those odds do increase with co-morbidities and obesity. Insisting others get an experimental jab to address these former problems will be injurious to the healthy as demonstrated by the inordinate amount of professional sportsmen who are dying of heart conditions or suffering life long disabilities due to their required jab.
I'm over 65. Yet, I am not obese, live healthy lifestyle and use a natural supplements advised by Frontline Covid Critical Care Alliance Doctors. These things raise my odd considerably for my age group and they do not interfere with my immune system that has served me well for decades.
Meanwhile, if a person wants to get injections, I respect their choice. My mother who is 93, has gotten a flu shot every year for most of her life. I have never had one and would rather eat dirt. We are both ok with each others choice.
Meanwhile, life is just as normal as can be here and it's sweet! And, Montana would be a great place for a conference! Florida too!
Sincerely wishing you good health and a prosperous year!
Guys, there's nothing wrong with any of your posts on covid, but I'm going to ask you to drop the subject now.
As a policy, we have had to ask people to not post on this subject on futures.io. It is extremely off-topic -- certainly in this thread -- and has resulted in a lot of heat and very little light in other threads when people have gotten into it.
As I said, there's been nothing wrong with your posts. They have been cordial and have expressed your opinions responsibly. But, just as we have ruled out politics, we have had enough experience with this topic to not welcome it when it rears its head. So please just recognize the differences of opinion and just let this subject lapse.
Thanks.
Bob.
