I am not patronizing anyone or asking anyone for help.
I've made my points clear that I was scammed by Rancho Dinero.
Before making my post, I cleared this with Mike.
There are polite ways of asking questions, telling me that "you're the only one blocked", or saying that "I paid...", when the screenshot clearly doesn't say so, is twisting ny words.
My friend, I will not be intimidated by anyone. I have not used any abusive words towards anybody. They asked questions out of context and tried to twist my words.
The last commenter touched on my attitude but what do you say about the CHARACTER of someone who tried to justify blocking of a paid licence without any specifics ?
Again, I am not asking for their help, it's only Rancho Dinero that can answer or challenge the allegations....not members of this forum.
It seems simplistic asking whether I sent emails to support or want to transfer licence. Clearly my post is clear....I paid for a licence and my licence was blocked without refund or recourse or explanation.
Again, I am not asking anyone for help, I just want people to be aware of Rancho Dinero's scam.
If you insist that I have been abusive to people who tried to berate me or frown on my attitude, then point to the abusive words.
Thank you.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
My attitude reflects the approach of people who wish to talk over me or formulate opinions in a clear matter of scam.
If you feel there is more to this, then send an email to [email protected] with this link.
I am sure they can reveal if there is more to this than my side of the story.
It's very simple to just send an email..
As a matter of fact, I'll send an email with the link to Rancho Dinero and post the screenshot
You're the only one complaining about being blocked, for the rest of us it's all working fine. They are not a scam.
I use more indicators from Rancho Dinero besides the one I showed you the order of. I use them daily and for many years now without a problem. This makes me an experienced user with in depth knowledge on how to successfully install and operate the indicators. From experience I know that they have strict rules when it comes to install and upgrade the indicators. One has to follow the guidelines exactly as written or else it won't work. I had a problem back in 2017 when I got an error (Error 841) on startup and things weren't working anymore. I contacted Rancho Dinero via e-mail asking for help. They responded the same day and the problem was quickly fixed. Turned out I had a BIOS update and a license transfer solved the problem. I can show the e-mail conversation if necessary.
I can fully understand the frustration when things aren't working and one has paid a lot of money but shouting around and making accusations will not solve anything. I've over 30 years experience with all kinds of hard- and software issues and genuine tried to offer some help. It's obviously not appreciated which is totally fine with me.
I think Rancho Dinero is busy writing software and solving issues. They have no need to defend themselves and respond to all kinds of false allegations. Neither do I, good luck.
Any decent human being or organisation with a sense of self esteem would defend themselves against allegation of scam.
Maybe in your world, that's not true but most of us who spent lifetime building solid reputation and making honest living cares.
This is where you and I diverge.
Thank you for the understanding that I don't need your help and would never anybody's help.
My goal is to publish the shoddy practices of an organisation who collects money and refuse to render service.....and I have done it and would continue to do so.
Thank you for the understanding that I don't need your help.
You've raised your issue. Your hostility to members is forcing me to tell you to refrain from further posts unless there is new information to present.
I get your frustration, but it just seems more of a you only problem because there's a lot of people using Rancho Dinero's various indicators, they're an established indicator vendor.
I would like to add that i was from the original batch of customers and Troy was fantastic to deal with. Always provided excellent follow up.
recent experience has shown me how terrible service has become at Rancho.
Customer service staff are rude and wont even read the emails and ask you same questions over and over .
how great companies fall apart where its service becomes terrible.
Troy needs to take a grip of where things have fallen apart. Terrible service means terrible company now
