ADX color line change in DM Indicator

I think I figured out the shifting problem. While doing tick replay, I noticed that the shifting is still occurring, so I created the indicator twice, each in a separate panel. In one panel, I selected bar on close true, and the other false. The one with bar on close "true" did not shift. The one with bar on close "false" does shift.
