last evening I had dinner with my brother-in-law at a local Argentinian steak restaurant. No Carbs in sight beyond the un touched bread basket, just meat.

About a 10lb bone-in pork but that I cooked for Christmas Eve. 225 degrees for about 12 hours in the oven. Store bought rub from Fox Bros BBQ that is a local BBQ joint in Atlanta here. It had no brown sugar in it so mixed it about 1:1 with brown sugar. Really good.
Maybe its time to live the dream and open my own place, this place is still available. If you can find a greasier pork sandwich, your in Mexico! sorry, Colombia!
