I actually have been getting his emails for a few years. I think he has some great ideas and good videos. I at times listen to them when driving.
Do you use a trading method learned by Norman Hallet?
I recall in 2012 or so being called by someone soliciting a trading mentorship by him.
For trading discipline I prefer JakeBernsteins cd...Tradingmind. A guided meditation disc. It covers the primary problems faced by traders. "I am a disciplined trader. I like that about myself. I take my exits as defined by my trading plans..."
In my first post I was actually refering to how I have lack of sleep in common with you.
I don't use Norman Hallet's trading methods. I use some of what I have learned from Dr. Barry Burns of Top Dog Trading and others. Then I go from the gut on days like today and everything goes out the window. At this time with all the family issues I am dealing with I should not be trading, but life goes on.
Oh I remember getting solicited too, by Disciplined Trader. All this stuff is good provided we follow it.
Thank you for clarifying everything that I may have misread earlier.
Took the day off to smell the roses. I should be doing taxes instead. Really need to get a tax guy so that I can more concentrate on trading properly without having to worry about the taxman as well.
Going to a four day work week for a while to see how well it works for me.
