Hey Syed....was that a trick question bud
Well for one I am not watching anything when am in the trade expect my screens...lol.
Am not sure if watching a show during the trading day will help. I think this is a more general off topic question.
Guess its to get view
points or rather suggestions what TV shows might be of interest.....atleast thats the way i see it. And I guess if it helps keep the mind in chill / pill attitude...it probably is a +.
thnx

Hey Paps:
As I stress a lot during the trading, I was wondering whether watching movies for stress reduction helps or not.
Thanks a lot pal for your inputs, as I am fairly new in the trading world, I am trying to figure out which style will fit my personality.
Have a great weekend!

@Syed Hassan though not apt in this section....you may want to chk Psychology and Money Management for any stress related threads.
Have seen breath/meditation help me...or just sitting by myself quietly. Breath holds a big part of our lives...n firmly believe it has its definite part in my own trading.
thnx

I don't know if it has been mentioned already but currently watching Borgen, a Danish political drama. A great watch, similar to The West Wing, which is one of my all time favourite TV programmes along with Sopranos.

I watched that a couple of times and it was as scripted as any sitcom on tv. Not much reality to it.

it's so staged that it's almost like getting kicks out of watching professional wrestling

This is a cool show I ran across today. I watched a few episodes and got hooked. It's very funny but also very awkward. Very very awkward at times
