It can be both, since I move my stops during the trade according to PA and TA, normally they are much tighter. If volatility is high and the number of contracts are consistent it can happen that I take a 5000$ stop as you can notice from the cumulative profit chart in the quick summary. I am working on a stratagy to reduce the risk of a cumulative stop on a single trade, basically based on a better management of the number of contracts (scaling in) I use in a trade, more to come...
