You probably already did, but if requesting information on a Chicago based broker and living in Colorado as per your profile, pick up the phone and call. Obviously, if you don't get a response from your phone call that would be cause for alarm. I'm not suggesting this about you - but the idea that brokers should come here and respond to questions is silly. Yes, some brokers have used this forum as a great source of new business - no issues with that. But I wouldn't hold it against your broker if he's not spending hours per day responding to general inquiries posted on a trading forum.
I think the introduction was very detailed.
Even if I am not interested in trading futures, some of the photontrader features definitly impressed me.
E.g. being able to advise standard lot sizes per instrumet. It seems that Multicharts does not have that kind of feature. The candlevolume charts look great.
It seems that Damon has a very deep and broad knowledge about the markets and it would be great to have him talk about some of his own strategies if he want to share those.
As I stated, I contacted them first on their website and then posted here after not receiving a reply. I don't think it is unreasonable in this day and age to expect a response from an email or a posting on here. Most online based businesses routinely check Google and others for their name to monitor what is being said about them. Matt at Optimus is on here all the time, so some brokers do monitor closely.
At any rate, Damon and I have had phone contact and all is well. Damon indicated that he had lost some emails.
