No, there are a big difference's between them, 50ms - 190ms.
But now when I thinking about it, I don't need to check it to an Chicago server I need to check it to the
Interactive Brokers server, how can I do that???
Michael
You can ping gw1.ibllc.com (in Connecticut) or gw1.chicago.ibllc.com (Chicago) from a DOS or a PowerShell window.

Here's a speedtest check from Manila to Chicago. As you see internet speed and latency really sucks for a $40/month line. This is a shared line and our "awesome" telcos have "Fair Use Policy" which we are capped at about 5-10GB per day. Some are worse at 5-10GB per month.
Also, our "awesome" telcos are marketing unlimited internet connection even with hidden cap limits. They really think their subscribers are primates. Duh.
Getting a dedicated line would cost me about ~$500 a month. That won't fit my current budget.
Anyway, results below:

I have the Double Play Package from Comcast. My readings 60.11 Mbps Download and 12.16 Mbps Upload Speed. I did see the Triple Play Package with speeds of 110 Mbps. I guess the faster the better. I'm paying $125 per month. I think
I'll upgrade to the Triple Play. What do think. Should I do it?

Bandwidth has no benefit to trading. Only latency, which is dictated by where you live (distance from Chicago for example).
Bandwidth is great for Netflix, YouTube, etc, but even a 1Mbps connection is sufficient for trading even with dozens of charts.

I agree but in fact the latency is highly correlated to the bandwidth itself (for "retail" Internet providers).
