I had never intented to post updates when I first started the thread, just the goal and the completion at year's end.
I have stopped for a break. Due to lack of sleep and the energy drain I am undergoing, I decided to take a break.
I noticed that when I started to post updates (perhaps co-incidentally), things fell apart.
As others weren't posting their updates and given how tired I am I just didn't feel it was worth the time especially as the reason I posted updates in the first place was to get others to set some goals of some kind for their own growth.
(If you have some goals of your own and would like to share please feel free do so)
I slacked for a bit but still on the program... having a dumbbell next to the trading desk makes it pretty easy to bust out a set of curls/presses and helps take my mind off the tick-by-tick when I'm in a trade.
