The other bars will be shown as well, but you could just leave the sound files for those bars, and you will just get alerted to wide ranging high volume bars.
Please be aware that wide ranging high volume bars can be both climax or breakout bars, depending on the chart context.
If you just want those bar to paint, you would need to modify the code of the indicator.

I am using your anabettervolume, I just put on the left axis the volume and normally when there is these big volume bar you cannot read the volume while the label disappear above the vertical axis , today at the open the first 2 bars you could see the exact volume just at the close of the bar.
(I change some colors do not care about)
There is not a way to always see the label of the volume also on new volume spike?

I do not know why that volume marker disappears. I have never observed it, but then I have never used that indicator in overlay mode.
What you could try is to increase the upper margin for the volume scale, by right-clicking to the left of the volume axis - which allows you to access the properties menu of that axis.
