I understand all you wrote and it's fine, except I cannot comprehend how you thought I wrote something that comes down to "There is just so much PREY just sitting there! Let's start a company to get some of that seeing as they are going TO LOOSE ANYWAY!" This is just about 100% the opposite of what I said, or at least what I meant. But I won't argue the point. We're operating in different universes, apparently.
As to the rest, fine. Everyone has their opinion. Pretty much about everything.

I'll amend. That's NOT at all what I ment. I was referring to the people who design a company around the idea of exploiting novices as their bread and butter.
Yes this is a capital system and its totally legal and... you get my drift.
Omg yes I'm usually on another planet if not another universe! Lol. No but really.
They did switch funding partners to Appius Trading (might be slightly misspelled). I'm currently in the $150K going into day 5, have a vlog on YouTube documenting the process.
Just a question. Earn2Trade original founder, Ryan Masten, was indited for fraud about an year ago. I understand that Earn2Trade is "educational institution" only and when you get funded, you are funded by Helios trading partner and you are paid with K-1. When I googled, I can see this prop firm is owned by Ryan Masten. It makes me feel bit uneasy.... Just wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts on this. Thank you.

@Earn2Trade
How does distribution made to the funded trader? Because if its K-1 from Helios, is it possibel that trader recieve negative distribution from Helios?
We do not know what this website is and where it gets the information from, but it is definitely incorrect. Thank you for showing us.
About your second question, the trader joins Helios as a limited member/partner of their trading firm. This means that at tax time, the trader receives a K1 statement where the trading PNL passes through with the normal benefits. For instance, on Futures, it's the 60/40 capital gains as normal. This sort of income is not normally subject to SE tax.
While Helios will issue you a K1 statement, they are not tax advisors, so please check with your CPA to ensure what is the specific situation for you.
