I have never met Dean in person. I may have created an old account a while back and then forgot about it.
I did change the name of my account a while back.
You are aware that we require vendors of any trading related product or service to register as a vendor and notify us prior to making any post, and that as a vendor you are not permitted to use posts to self-promote in any way?
Without thinking too much about it myself, but to point you straight to some useful information, there are several direct comments on this site regarding your questions:
I just find out from one of my fellow traders that to be endorsed as Titan bu Dean handley cost 600 USD and then 200 usd per month.
This just explained how some of his Titans I know just did not respect the rule of having real trades log (like Eminivolume …
Dr. Dean Handley is so proud of his diplomas and affiliations of the past, but I'm certain this isn't one of them. When working for Sepracor, Dean Handley willfully made false and misleading statements about the results of tests and trial results …
It's not about honestly or integrity, it's about pay for play. In this case Mr. Mahshigian--who has by his own admission blown out scores of live trading accounts--pay's a monthly fee to Dr. Handley for advertising and promotion …
I don't know how it ended, but Big Mike published a lawsuit filed against Mr. Handley in that same thread discussing certain of his activities:
One guy who was "reviewed" for months and found to be fantastic (but apparently never rated as such) was sent the "pay to play" or "pay to rate" documents by Mr. Handley. He discusses it at:
I don't sell any products. Dr. Dean should have followed your rules of course. I apologize for posting the Dr. Dean video. I didn't realize that it was not allowed.
I don't know. I was answering your question (as indicated) before reading the interactions you had with Big Mike. Since you know Mr. Handley, just ask him. I don't think a single lawsuit (especially only the complaint) itself is ever dispositive but I'd also suggest watching the other guy's video. It was conclusive for me since it showed Mr. Handley's own e-mails explaining the way to get recommended and a video message he left.
EDIT: Apparently the defendants (i.e., Mr. Handley) confidentially settled the lawsuit according to Pacer: WASILEWSKI v HANDLEY, et al.
I don't think we should hi-jack this thread about Vinny eMini though.
No - Vinny eMini being exposed as a scammer does not make ICT worthwhile, not sure the connection here.
The general consensus from those that dislike ICT is that he is a scammer too, making all his millions from paid classes and none from trading. What he has done is created a very large and dedicated following with lots of easily accessible information, which makes it easily shared and increases brand awareness. His concepts are not novel, and rebranding of others. His concepts can work since most of them are just other popular ideas with a different name. He also seems to have anger issues and often goes off on rants about people and was known to threaten people in voice messages, it all seemed very unhinged
