Here's a v01 with a modified offset to use TickSize for the offset of the arrows.

I tested on 6E and it shows the arrows. Also added an outline color for the paintbars. Not sure of any other functions that may need addressed.

I downloaded the SMI2 today and looked at it briefly. I was thinking about importing this into a strategy and evaluating it. It appears that a cross of the two MA's in the color band would be good buy/sell indicators.... Do you have any suggestions? I will share with the community if it looks promising and see if we can drum up any other ideas/improvements.
