This stock is really doing great. How to make sure you don't get surprised by a big dip down? Also is it ok to trade it i.e sale high and buy at low as there is a predictable pattern on a daily graph.

All the results are good, They beat the EPS whereas the growth and sales are strong. So I don't understand the downfall.
At the same time, I trying to learn how Options would have played a part on this as most of them were all on the higher side. So a question comes to my mind - Is it possible to manipulate this kind of stock by the MMs so the Options expire?
