The chatbox input field is only seen once you login, so I just find it odd that the auto login is logging you in and then inserting the username info the chatbox field. Seems odd that it would try to login again once you have already logged in. Also seems dangerous if it accidentally post your password instead of your username.

It might try to put the user name in the search field on top and the password in the chatbox field thinking that it was the username and password fields.

Again the issue is the chat box input is only visible when you login. So it is trying to login a second time after it has already logged in.

yes that's the problem and as a result a potential problem is that it'll post the password in the chatbox field in the second attempt. I know that isn't bmt's fault, just stating.

Interesting, I have 1password too... I was curious about it and selected the site on the 1password chrome extension dropdown and the autofill put my login name on the chatbox....

thanks guys... i'll have to go into 1password and change the login settings
