I thing volatility is good for both daytrader and also for swing trader.
Also look on US interest rates futures 5-Year T-Note Futures (ZF). Isnt so volatile good liquidity and tick value is $7.8125. ZF 5-Year daily volatility iam not sure is maybe about 30ticks=234,37USD
The Eurodollar is a great market for the small account trader. It trends well, has great liquidity, and low margin requirements. I would add ED to your list.
If you're not trading to actively and seeking out longer term trends, the Mini Grains, Metals, and Mini and Micro currencies all offer decent exposure for trend followers and swing traders.
E-Micro stock index futures are coming from the CME in May.
