I am just saying to you my personal experience... that I got actually refund, when I ve contacted him via paypal, then not sure but I think that I ve also made a second report and paypal dealt with him and I got money back...
u ll not be able to contact him via email... go via paypal itself, first report goes to him, hes responsible to answer, if not do second report, paypal will contact him and there hes forced to respond or paypal will return money back, while he has money back policy guaranteed...
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I purchased his Order Flow Course. No problem there. I then downloaded his Delta Surge Software (free) but it never worked. I emailed a few times no reply. I then sent another email for a pre sale question on his full blown Order Flow Software which I was ready to buy. No reply after 4 emails.
That's pretty pathetic for customer service. Fortunately, I didn't get screwed like a few people in the other posts.
I want others to be aware of Vendors who don't deliver what they appear to be selling...
I must also add, I'm not a newbee. I've purchased from the following companies and I can honestly say all have delivered stellar customer service over the years:

Judging by the other people's posts it sounds like you dodged a bullet there. I hope the order flow course you bought was useful at least.

Is inexplicably, the guy just emailed me with something several times one day ,I just reply immediately and he does not answer... weird case. I'm disputing a lifetime satisfaction warranty in one of his software with my credit card .
He has not reply to this day , to me or the credit card dispute department.
Honestly I find his educational documents helpful , but the softwares NOT.
I reported him to Ninja Trader because they were allowing him to use their web site to advertise on and he made out they Ninja Trader were recommending him …. they looked into him and all his background and banned him from their site and everything else to do with Ninja ….. but why didn't Ninja do their background work prior to letting a total utter con man advertise and use their site …. not good because of ninjas so called good reputation lots and lots of lambs were lead to the slaughter thanks to Ninjas help.
I them reported him to paypal and they refunded my money and said they had banned him from using paypal too ….. looks like they have not but that's good because they are a brilliant safety net that works.
Also he is a one man band and moves around a lot as people get closer to him
So be aware I did this 3 years ago and he is still out there doing the self same con
As an collaborator of Mike’s I think you are out of order with your language. There are a good number of people that claim non-response from him then discover his email replies in their junk email folders or have provided different PayPal email addresses to those that they are corresponding with.
It’s very easy on a forum that has restrictive policies around vendors to bad mouth vendors when there is limited if any means to provide balance in terms of reply.
To be clear, vendors are free to reply to any post in their vendor review thread where someone has asked a question, and answer it directly, so long as their reply is not overly promotional (ie unnecessary links to their website, promotional sales or marketing language, etc).
