Where exactly have they "disappeared" from? Are you referring to the Session Override list in the Chart Preferences? If so, that list has been trimmed to only show the sessions that are reasonable for the charted symbol. In other words, it doesn't show sessions whose times are outside the boundaries of the session assigned to the symbol. If you click on the "..." button above the session list, it will take you to Session Preferences and show you the full list of sessions in the system. If this change is causing any problem for you, please provide the details.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
However if im looking at the overnight session only for the ES how can i access this now? If i do use the "...." button it does show all the sessions but im unable to select the over night?
If you click on the chart and hit Alt-A, you can inspect the session that the symbol is set to. Is it set to the full globex session (which fully contains the overnight period). The session that are being excluded are those that go outside the boundaries of the session the symbol is assigned to.
Hi Chad,
I tend to view my charts zoomed out as much as I can and the cumulative delta charts can sometimes be hard to see as the candlesticks are a bit thicker than ohlc bars and can merge together a bit. Is it possible to have an option to have delta bars displayed as ohlc bars that are excellent to view when zoomed out?
Thanks,
Keab
I spent some time on this. Below is a 5-min chart of ES with Cum Delta Bars (VB) in the lower pane. Let me know if this works for you. I'm basically simply drawing a 1 pixels line from high to low when zoomed all the way out (1 pixel per bar). If you'd like to see what your chart looks like with these revisions, share your chart definition. This change will be in version 13.1 which we hope to release in beta within a week.
I was looking for your chart definition, that way I'd have your full combination of chart colors and cumulative delta colors. (right-click in chart and "Share Chart: Linnsoft.com" and send me resulting link). But either way, if you like what you see above, I think we are good.
So if I download the beta this week what do I need to do next? I didn't really follow what you said you did to the cumulative delta in your first response!
Thanks for the help
