Just a suggestion for future versions, include a Ema to the Volume histogram, turn on/off feature of the background color, Turn barClose to False, developing of the actual bar is important. But great indi overall.
I include those "improvement" to my version but don't think we want a lot of versions around.
and since I subscribe to the school of 'volume leads price' idea I just add the vol component in there (to make it a leading indicator). Take out the volume coding and you get almost the candle patterns.
some answers;
-Mike already has ema for vol indicator somewhere.
-I love the background color.
-If you have alert on and barClose = false alert will keep on ringing.
If anyone interested here is a On BarClose = False version (You will see the developing volume of the non finish bar)
It has a "fix" for the alarm, should sound once time only per occurrence
I add an EMA in the volume
and could not resist to include the Cunparis High volume pattern on this ( you can turn on/off if desire)
Cory sorry the background colors could not make it.
I 'moved' the .cs file to Indicators, opened it in the editor, recompiled & then re-exported as .zip file. Try this & see if it imports ok. THANKS Guys !
