I fought bias like a fool and placed a buy order and wanted a sale order. I finally collected my self after all this self defeating trades and finished the week positive. I need to stick to my rules and suceed.
ES +9.0
I've been under the weather the last couple of days, I have not traded because of this. Here is my first prep since last week. Eur/Usd is in a post corrective and starting to look like it is going to make another action leg. I'm looking for a test of the 1.4250 area today if micro bias breaks.
The ES is precorrective, if the 1353 area holds we should retest 1358 and continue moving up with continuations. If micro bias at 1353 breaks then we should have a correction of this leg of a 1/3 to 2/3. Take continuation down watching for any failed continuations around 1348 to 13450 area's for the next Marco leg out to 1375.
Not a bad start but I still need to work on exits and stop placement. I traded a single YM contract tring to get my feet wet again in stock indices futures. I haven't traded the YM in a few years but it's not a bad instrument to trade if you want less risk.
YM 3 trades 2 winners and one loser. I moved my stop and did not except the risk on the first trade, the second trade I had a stop right at the pivot low and I got low ticked and had to hit the long again.
+95 ticks
Eur/Usd 2 trades 2 winners. I Followed my prep and had a nice trade. I do need to work on not exiting to much of my position early. This will make my equity move up much faster.
