Yeh most troublesome thoughts aren't volumtary or willed, they are repetitions of previous imprints. They happen on their own, uninvited and without our consent. In a sense they aren't "ours". In a sense, these thoughts happen to us.
Good to accept them, I think. Fighting them only aggravates matters.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Since I've stayed on the goal of re-listening to the video every day, I have been faster at catching the unwelcome thoughts. By checking how I feel, I notice when I'm not feeling positive and look to see what I have been thinking (usually a negative memory). Then I follow that back to a "trigger"
The trigger seems to lead to the negative thought chain.
As soon as I catch it I changed it. Sometimes singing a little tune can move me to neutral. Then from neutral I can stick a positive thought in (read a positive affirmation or visualization).
My goal is to raise my vibration by being in a more positive thought chain more often.
This is the flow:
1. I notice I am feeling depressed
2. I review my recent thoughts
3. I follow them back to a trigger.
Beliefs are usually subconscious.
Conscious thoughts are in the consciousness. (*)
Being aware of our feelings tells us when we are holding negative thoughts.

Thanks for posting. I know the mind is important, but anyone who creates 15 million videos is clearly lost (Proctor). If something works, you can say it briefly. If something doesn't work, you take a scattershot approach and hope like hell something sticks. That's what he's done, and all those LOA people are the same.
