Not to worry this thread is not forgotten. Just been busy with some house projects (current short break from home projects this week and made this post about it today
I think the best thing one can do is to have a routine. Treat trading like a profession and follow a schedule.
Possibly (times in est)
830pm Check charts and draw potential scenarios
sleep by 9pm
Meditate on personal discipline
Wake at o500
Look at the charts for homework and overnight action
O600 wake kids
Feed kids and eat 0630 to 0700
Drop kids off at 0730
0755 sit down to desk
0820 bond open
0845 consider resting till ny open
0930 watch ny open set alarms
1040 rest and set alerts
11 to 3 house duties
3 to 4 body maintenance
4 to 8 time with family, reading, bonding
Repeat
Something like that.
Schedule daily body maintenance in like walking, yoga, calisthenics. Eat reasonably. 80/20 rule 80% clean, 20% you can go off a little. Eat on a schedule. Sleep on a schedule.
Have a schedule. Stick to it. Allow time for house projects. I think a 3hr window of trading is feasible to continue to be a good husband, dad and handyman.
Pm me or txt me for more. I try to juggle it.
