Trying to catch a top - permafader! So, Long term direction (LTD) was not yet in my favor. Exit was OK but not great. The bad entry made a good exit almost impossible. ATM -> -9T

Late in the trend to enter. Really didn't have a good marker to enter against. Exit was fair. Definitely a scalp exit. A bit of a chicken exit too. ATM -> -9T with MFE = +18T.

Bad trade, feeling like needed tomake a trade before the day ended. Bad boy!
I got lucky with the exit, could have lost a lot more.
Entered late, in chop.
Real disaster trade - 101 ticks. Made a mistake, hitting a wrong button which entered me into a trade and then I componded it by not either just getting out originally or letting the stop loss take me out (at -9T). Instead I kept widening the stop. At one point I was at -150 ticks. Then it got back to -100 ticks and I got out. This was the firs time I had an overnight trade, at which point the margin went from $1000 per contract to $3400 per contract and I couldn't do any more trading until I got out of this one. After that trade I made 4 trades which yielded +2, +10, +4, -5 ticks. The feeling that I had during the disaster trade was: "please God let me out of this trade without too much damage and I promise to be a good boy from now on."
0932:38 short 1 -7T
I tightened the stop by 2 ticks. So the s/l was 2 ticks above a recent high. Sure enough, PA came back and peaked out right at my s/l. However, had I left the ATM alone I would have had -9T. MFE was +5. MFE with the ATM would have been +19, so if I had tightened my stop after, and FE of say +10, I would have had a BE or better trade.
1044:41 2 trades, -9T -2T = -11T
first trade short 1 contract right at bottom, the worst possible place.
2nd trade short 1 on low side of chop.
Need to have better signals and follow them.
1147:55, Long 1 - 6T
Had a +4 MFE but gave it back. I widened the stop to -11T because I saw the the lower swing point which looked stronger. Luckily I was able to recover a little bit of the pull back and take only a 6 tick loss.
