Or would you recommend this
ATM strategy?
All your questions on ATM strategy were my answers to previous questions of readers, as some are beginners and others have their own preference. I trade a straight 4 tick (pip ) profit each trade, but have have larger amounts of contracts on each trade. THis depends on the size of your account and how confident you are in your trading system.

Wow, do you use 15
range bars, Perry?
If not, what range bars do you use.
I just read those two articles you posted
on range bars. Missed them the first time.
Interesting that they're only been around
since 1995. Knowing they eliminate
volatility
gives me more confidence.
Sure, I can do that. Sorry to mess up the thread for you. How many different subjects would you like me to include in one post?
I do not use 15 Range bars. I use 4

Is this still working out for you, Alan?
Perry, have you changed your DMPlusV3 to a 3
range chart?
Thank you.
I have gone back to using the 5 period DM on a 4 range chart. I changed instruments from the ES to 6E and find the 5 period better.

Hi Perry. It sounds like you are not scaling at 4 and 8 ticks as before. Is your stop loss still around 6 ticks? If so, your winning percentage on your trades must be really good. Would you mind sharing what percentage of your trades are winners? Thanks.

My SL is 12. Percentage win is 90-100% , 6 Trades a day maybe max 10

Hey Perry, one more question. With that large of a stop loss and a smaller profit target, do you close out of the trade if it is not moving in your direction pretty quickly, or do you let the trade play out? Thanks.

The SL=12 is a Catastrophic SL, is is not there to wait and be stopped out. If the trade is not going in my direction I close out long before 12.
