We don't send out the historical chart data but you could write to our API to retrieve the data. Have you tried refreshing your chart to see if the data comes in?
Thanks Brian

In Market History every update shows only cumulative volume for the tick price. Is it possible to change this behavior to "normal"? I mean, actual volume of every tick. I tried to play with settings, but without any success.
Thank you.
Hello, I asked MotiveWave if they can possibly add CTS as data provider/broker since CTS already provide free API access. Here's MotiveWave's response:
No, they don't have an API for a data feed. I'm aware of the API you mention below. It is for building an application on their back end platform, not for connecting to data.
We have talked to them before and they are not interested.
I see MotiveWave as a promising new platform, and would love to see the combo with CTS data. Would you mind sharing any reasons you're not interested in providing connection to MotiveWave?
Main properties - contract - last trade - toggle volume to last trade (not total trade)
The downside of doing this is that the trade volume in the contract window will also then show each trades volume rather than an accumulation. It would be good it T&S data were separate I agree.
Is it possible to 'park' an order in the order book and submit it later somehow?
eg I may have a some orders I want to submit just before the close based on some condition. As the orders require parameter adjustments like GTC, Stop Limit etc they take too long to enter individually.
If I can set them up somehow, park them, then submit them with a click or 2 when/if needed it would be useful.
Given an order ticket from the quote window can hold several orders, maybe I could use that if there was the small modification of being able to submit only one of those orders - either from a right click on a highlighted order, or a button to submit all and another to submit selected???
I noticed an alert when starting up Sierra Chart that advises CTS users to change the settings from "Fast Trade" to "Smart Trade".
I would like to know why we should use Smart Trade with Sierra Chart instead of Fast Trade. Is this only temporarily because you have problems with the bandwith? By the way, one of the things about CTS that attracts users, is unfiltered unbuffered data.
I am not getting my ICE feeds updating through CTS. Does anyone else have this issue?
I advised them off this about a week ago (if not longer), and havent heard any response regarding a workaround or any feedback. Just that "they recreated the issue".
I did not expect this from CTS. This is untradable.
