Given Ray from @NinjaTrader said Continuum was just a marketing/brand differentiation of CQG, one would then assume the same exchanges are theoretically (subject to your broker/FCM) available:
When I emailed RCG they replied that with them directly account minimum is $5000 and $40 inactivity fee.
AFAIK you have to pay extra for Eurex data with CQG/Continuum regardless of who your IB/FCM is (unless that IB/FCM is willing to cover that cost, what is very unlikely).
I just switched from Mirus+zen-fire+Dorman to Dorman+Continuum for my Broker and Clearing. The following is from an email that explained the fees.
Here is a breakdown of the rithmic and continuum ("white label" for CQG)
Rithmic:
No monthly fee and a 50 cent platform fee. $23 per month charge for Eurex live feed. ES starts at $3.92 (round turn)
Continuum: $10 monthly fee. 30 cent platform fee. $23 per month for Eurex live feed. ES starts at $3.72 (round turn)
Continuum offers eurex and ice (TF) right now while rithmic is still being rolled out and ill eventually offer ICE and EUREX.
No Charge for ICE data with Continuum
In a phone call he also said that there is no inactivity fee with either feed (I hope I heard him correctly).
I did need to fill out a new application with Dorman and they are transferring over the funds directly from Mirus.

No, you can't keep your Dorman account, Optimus clears through Vision Financial Markets.
I'd suggest to use the existing Optimus Futures thread and / or get in touch with @mattz to talk about further details regarding Optimus, just in order to keep this thread clean and dedicated to Continuum / CQG.

Received my new Mirus/Continuum login on Monday. Had to uninstall-reinstall NT21 to get it to work (per NT support). Everything seems to work properly based on my experience yesterday and today (in SIM). Have not tried Live yet.
Also getting TF feed, which other posts indicated would be delayed (?).
