yeah.. i ws seeing these executions and i got jealous. well i got all excited this morning with a big huge long bias and i bought right into it and bought some more in teh NQ with no stop no exit not even a chart! just goes to show that if you want to be consistent you must be like a machine with your entire routine.

yup and i put on a lil size too dumb!!

i worked my way out of some losses but still down and my confidence was lowered of course not becuase i ws wrogn because i followed zero rules not even basic strategy.. see how it is just that easy no matter how mcy talk bout it if you don;t actually do it then ur toast and the machine got me too!
