Not that I'm aware of, but if you want to increase the visibility, you could also change the right margin and font size - though this also changes the numbers on the price scale (see attached screen).
That's something I also would like to see. Anyone knows how?
I didn't try it as of yet, but "sliding" or "stretching" the Y axis scale should help with visibility too. That however is not always desirable of course chart-wise...
I would really like a session P/L. I'll see if there is a PM request. I'd imagine that there must be...
You probably would need to write your own bartimer to move it on to the chart and off the axis. It will only be updated tick by tick if you do this, not second by second.
Maybe I missed the right link but I looked today again now that the final version is out for video helps, especially for the chart-trader function. But as far as I can see still no new videos there. I really want to use MC but this lack of support puts me off. NT has this part well covered. But.............I wait in hope:-)
gracepips, not sure what are you looking for however I've found new help stuff under Videos
Most of the new tutorial I've found is the left side under "Features" on the same page where you can find 27 different subjects explored.
Beside online you can try "live chat" which I've found extremely helpful so far however I did not have any basic "how to..." questions, so I am not sure how far they would go on providing that via live chat.
If you start to use MC actively you'll get hooked especially if you are trying to develop systems. However I've found it great for discretionary trading as well.
Thanks atata, I missed the info on chart trader in the feature section. I guess I'm less experienced than most of you guys so the step by step approach NT uses on their video helps suits me well. Though in all fairness the MCDT is free so I don't mean to complain........no I'm grateful.
One question though is the current MCDT download, since MC7 was released, the same as the full version except that I can't use custom indicators? So MCDT should be as stable as the new full MC7 version? Thanks again for your patience with me.........
