If you are buying multiple monitors, then the 24" is the sweet spot. Just add up total resolution vs total price, you'll likely find 24" is optimal for multiple monitor purchases.

Is there anyway to use the integrated video card and the pci videocard at the same time? Or is better to get another PCI card

It really depends of your motherboard, so it may not work. You can check this in the Bios setup, when your PC boots.
