Also with my eyes shut, I press them for a few seconds with my palms. I do these rotational things too.... like look forward, look at 3'oclock, look back forward, look down 6'oclock, then back center, look left at 9oclock, then center, then look up 12oclock, then back center.... and on and on for a few rotations.
